Our Story
We’re Frank & Liane, and this journey didn’t start the way we ever imagined.
For much of our lives, retirement wasn’t something we spent a lot of time thinking about. Life was more about getting through each day and navigating the challenges in front of us. Like many, we faced seasons of uncertainty—job loss, financial setbacks, and moments where the future didn’t look the way we had hoped.
But through it all, God was working… even when we couldn’t see it.
At one point, the idea of traveling and living a simpler life had crossed our minds, but it never felt fully within reach. It wasn’t until much later, after years of ups and downs, that the door to this lifestyle began to open in a way we didn’t expect.
And then… “Big Blue” showed up.
What felt like an ordinary moment turned into something much bigger. The opportunity to step into RV life came together in a way that we can only describe as a blessing from God. It wasn’t something we had planned out perfectly—it was something we stepped into with faith.
Since then, this journey has become about so much more than just traveling.
It’s about slowing down.
It’s about learning to live with less.
It’s about spending more time together.
And most importantly, it’s about seeing God in ways we hadn’t before.
Through the miles, the places, and the people we meet, we’re constantly reminded that this life—this journey—isn’t the destination.
There’s a greater story being written.
And we’re simply walking it out, one mile at a time.
Why We Do This
Through this journey, our desire is simple:
To share the love of God, encourage others in their walk, and point people to the beauty of His creation.
Every mile we travel is a reminder that there is more to this life than what we can see. In the quiet moments, the open roads, and the places we visit, we’re constantly reminded of God’s presence and His purpose.
We don’t have all the answers—but we trust the One who does.
And if our journey can encourage even one person, that makes every mile worth it.
